We use Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. Processing time is also 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Returns Policy
Abayas may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item is not returned in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on scarves.
